Every participant who books an has the right to cancel any booking made (provided we are given in excess of 7 days notice before the course/lesson start date) due to:

• A booking made by mistake, in which we will give a full re-fund
• In order to change their booking to another activity, in which we will re-fund the difference if it occurs.

If you notify us after 7 days (before the start date) then you will receive 75% refund (25% penalty off) with rights to attend first week paid for.
Once the lesson has started, we cannot give a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any lesson for whatever reason up to 7 days prior to the lesson date and re-fund participants the amount they have paid in full regardless of any fees incurred upon us in order to process their booking transaction.
